Análise da Qualidade de Vida, Capacidade para o Trabalho e Nível de Estresse em Trabalhadores da Construção Civil

Analyzed the epidemiology, risk factors involved in the activity and QOL worker. Conducted a cross-sectional survey, with 71 construction workers. Were applied: Epidemiological Survey, Economic Classification Criterion ABEP, Quality of Life Questionnaire, Profile of the environment and working conditions, index the Work Ability, Musculoskeletal Questionnaire and Job Stress Scale. The results were descriptively analyzed and correlated. There was a predominance of brown workers, 36 years old, elementary education, sedentary, economic class "C", received training, had good perception of QOL and health, good workability and low level of stress. The variables shown that age is related to the quality of life, ability to work, and stress level. Conclude that the better the environment and working conditions better QOL and less perceived stress.
