FAPESP Agency – The Thematic Project "Integrated Development of a Sugarcane Biorefinery and Bioethanol Plant with Zero CO2 Emissions" offers a postdoctoral opportunity in chemical engineering funded by FAPESP. The application deadline is next Saturday (June 20).

The fellow will carry out activities at the School of Chemical Engineering of the University of Campinas (FEQ-Unicamp). Candidates must hold a PhD in chemical engineering with emphasis in catalysis and reactors. Experience in the preparation and characterization of catalysts, including bifunctional catalysts; experience in assembling and conducting experimental work in reactor systems; and experience with Aspen Plus simulators are desirable.

The postdoctoral opportunity is open to Brazilian and international candidates. The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of R$ 12,570.00 and a Technical Reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual stipend value to cover unforeseen expenses directly related to research activities.
